Reported Crime

15th of July 2004

I was chased home from school by five men; one of which chased me and sexually assaulted me and indecently exposed him self to my friend.This man has effected my life considerably well and till this day I think what happened and it taunts me. this man who done this viscous attack only got 5 years  five years on the sex offenders list and two years supervised probation.
His probation has now ran out although his family live locally the man himself lives in the streets of taunton. surely i shouldn't be scared still?  This attack could happen again to anyone.

9th February 2008

When walking home from town on 9/2/08 me and two friends were approached by three youths. At first we thought they seemed relatively harmless and continued to walk on. They began to hassle us and encourage us to fight them but we said we weren't interested. I had nearly reached the front door of my house when one of them through a punch at my head. Next thing I know I'm lying on the floor having my head kicked in. The guy then demanded I give him my wallet and continued to kick me untill I gave him my pin code for my bank card. One of my other friends refused to hand over his wallet and was punched in the face. This happened at around 1AM on Saturday 9 February in the car park by "Malt n Hops" and along Duke Street.
